Location & Privacy

To provide the best marketplace experience, we display pings (listings) that are relevant and nearby to you. If your location permissions are disabled, we cannot detect which pings to show you, and you will not be able to create new pings.

Your privacy is our priority

We only request your location when necessary to use the app, and we do not continuously track your position or share your exact coordinates for security and privacy reasons.

You can enable location from the top-of-page banner, or by clicking the lock icon in your browser's address bar → Site settings → Location → Allow.

Getting Started

After signing up and verifying your email, you'll be asked to complete your profile. This step is optional but highly recommended — a complete profile builds trust with other users.

  1. 1Choose your profession from the list (e.g. Electrician, Barber, IT Technician).
  2. 2Select your city — or tap "Detect my location" to auto-fill it.
  3. 3Optionally add a profile photo. Profiles with photos receive significantly more offers.

You can always update your profile later from Settings → Profile.
